A1 Wholesale Supplies is a wholesale supplier. We reserve the right to decline orders from individuals or entities that do not meet our wholesale trading requirements.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by A1 Wholesale Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred, where the order appears to be for resale in a manner inconsistent with our trading terms, or where we are unable to verify payment.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent.

Order cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at sales@a1supplies.com.au. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may have already entered processing.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied at checkout where applicable.

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and any other methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless a credit account has been approved in writing by A1 Wholesale Supplies.

A1 Wholesale Supplies reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

5. CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Trade customers may apply for a credit account subject to approval. Credit terms, limits, and conditions are outlined in a separate Credit Account Agreement. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension of the credit account, interest charges, and referral to a debt collection agency. A1 Wholesale Supplies reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit terms at any time.

6. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Certain products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs). MOQs are displayed on the relevant product pages. Orders that do not meet the minimum quantity for a product may be adjusted or declined.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. A1 Wholesale Supplies is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
